Orders and contract formation

We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation or deliver the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Prices, VAT, and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver to the locations shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

Returns and your right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

To cancel your order, email admin@revorawellbeing.co.uk with your order number.

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return, using the original payment method.

This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code.
