At Revora Wellbeing, we know that trust matters as much as results. Our supplements are formulated in the UK and made in partnership with certified UK manufacturers so every product reflects the standards we expect for our own families.

This page explains how our products are made, how they are tested, and which documents we keep on file to support our quality claims.

Manufacturing quality

  • Production follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles with documented batch records and full ingredient traceability.
  • Controlled environments, calibrated equipment, and validated processes are used for all critical steps in production and packing.
  • Labels and artwork are checked against regulatory and technical specifications before every print run.

Testing and release

Every batch is tested by, or on behalf of, the contract manufacturer before it is released for sale. Typical testing includes:

  • Identity and strength (assay) to verify that key nutrients such as Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 meet the declared label levels.
  • Microbiological safety to confirm that bacteria, yeast, and mould counts are within safe limits for food supplements.
  • Heavy metals screening for lead (Pb), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), and mercury (Hg) against recognised safety limits.
  • Physical checks including appearance, tablet or capsule weight, fill count, and packaging integrity.

Formulation and ingredient standards

Revora Wellbeing formulations are designed with a focus on clarity and minimal unnecessary additives.

  • Non-GMO ingredients.
  • No titanium dioxide used as a colour.
  • No artificial colours intentionally added.
  • Vegan-friendly tablets where stated on pack.
  • Vitamin D3 + K2 supplied in a 100% recycled rPET bottle, widely recyclable.

Regulatory and labelling compliance

  • All products are marketed as food supplements for the UK market.
  • Labelling follows UK food supplement legislation, including ingredient lists, recommended daily intake, warnings, and storage information.
  • Nutrition and health claims used on pack and online are based on the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register and are applied only where conditions of use are met.

Documentation and certificates

For each product and batch, the following documentation is held on file from the contract manufacturer and approved laboratories:

  • Certificate of conformity.
  • Batch test results for assay, microbiology, and heavy metals where applicable.
  • Manufacturing and batch records.

These documents are available to regulators, marketplace compliance teams, or trade partners on request.
