Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Your right to cancel

You can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection once unsealed.

2. How to cancel

Email admin@revorawellbeing.co.uk with your order number and that you wish to cancel. We will send return instructions.

3. Returning items

Return items within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. Items should be unused, in original packaging, with seals intact where applicable.

4. Refunds

We will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of posting. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

5. Faulty or misdescribed items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Return postage

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
