Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

How to cancel

To cancel your order, email admin@revorawellbeing.co.uk with your order number and confirmation that you wish to cancel. We will provide return instructions once your request is received.

Returning items

Items must be returned within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with seals intact where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return postage

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
