Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with other secure payment options shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Delivery options and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. UK orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For safety and quality reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened products unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
How do I request a return?
Email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll confirm the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method.

Do you use artificial colours or unnecessary fillers?
We do not use artificial colours and avoid unnecessary fillers. Our formulations are kept focused and transparent.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. We plan to introduce flexible subscription options that will be easy to pause, skip, or cancel.
Sustainability
What packaging do you use?
Where possible, we use 100% recycled rPET bottles and continue to review our packaging to reduce environmental impact.
