These are the best supplements for taste and size. They are small and do not have any taste to them. Also, once swallowed, they do not have an aftertaste. This, for me, is a bonus; big tablets with an aftertaste are the worst type of supplement you can get. I’d highly recommend these, as they are high strength and easy to swallow. I’ll be adding them to my routine.

The format of these are mini tablets that have minor blue tinge to them. These are tiny and easy to swallow and no noticeable taste too them.

I bought that too improve hair and nail strength however this is also meant for skin and hair pigmentation protection.

Having used these for close to a month my nails are growing faster and I think that my hair feels a bit thicker. I have quite short hair as I have a receding hairline but when I run my fingers through my hair it feels better.
